About Connect-A-Service Properties:

Jan Butler, our Owner and Licensed Real Estate Broker, initiated the first vacation rental business within the Finger Lakes in 1988. Since that time, our paradise known as The Finger Lakes has widely grown into a renowned favorite any season getaway spot and place to nest – year round or seasonally!

Our Mission is to provide owners and renters with services that are tailored individually to them. Together, Connect-A-Service Properties along with our sister company, Connect-A-Service Incorporated, are both proud to offer a full menu of services whether you’re a renter or an owner!

We are so very excited to be back into the rental industry with our business, after 30 years of experience with rentals here in the Finger Lakes! Whether you're an owner or a renter, we enjoy tailoring ourselves to your need.
For owners: our introductory rental commission is at 18%. This percentage is charged only on each booking that WE facilitate for you. Included in this would be:

  • Property intakes, overviews and proposed write-up presentation.
  • Photographs for advertisements and representation
  • Property Showings
  • Screening of potential renters
  • Facilitation of bookings
  • Collection & disbursements of all income and payments, Including mandatory county taxes.
  • Property Inspections 

Marketing and Presentation for owners is done via our website as well as on our Facebook page. We use selective advertising with fliers and other printed materials which we distribute in surrounding areas and to many local wineries and establishment s. We are well known throughout the area for our previous and long time continued experiences with (and services for) our owners. Connect A Service Properties continually gains extensive attention through outstanding reviews and positive customer experiences!
